I’ve spoken at SkeptiCamp. Isn’t it about time that we let the kitty speak?
It’s just not right to refuse to allow a speaker on the grounds of their species. Sure, they say that their roster is already full with “human speakers” but the organizers freely admit that even if their roster wasn’t full, Anti-Psychic Kitty would still be denied all because of the prejudicial policies of the venue.
Now sure, some may be alergic to Anti-Psychic Kitty and his presence may pose serious health risks to those attending and others at the restaurant. But in the end, does that not in itself teach us all a valuable lesson about science?
